tcptrace logo

tcptrace has been compiled under the cygwin UNIX environment for Windows XP (In theory, it should work on Windows 2000 too). NOTE: this binary does NOT work with Windows XP SP2. Also, this version is known to have serious bugs - it is not recommended for use; it is only available here as there are no current builds of tcptrace for Windows. Please make sure that have a working installation of WinPcap before installing tcptrace. You can download the port of version 6.6.0 here.

To view the graphs generated by tcptrace you will need:

jPlot  -   A Java version of xplot.

OR

xplot    ( Compiled for Windows. You will need to install an XServer for Windows, some of which are listed here. Make sure you read the "README.Windows" file in the "doc" directory.)
